How do I order?
From the product page, select the colour and/or size of the item, the quantity and then add the product to your shopping cart. At the end of the shopping session, click on the cart at the top right and on “View cart”. Enter your tax and shipping information and select payment. Check that the information you have entered is correct and click on “Proceed with order”. If you have chosen to pay by credit card, before completing your purchase, you may be asked to authenticate yourself a second time to authorise payment, depending on your credit card issuer. Within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive one or more emails confirming the shipment.

Elisa Cavaletti guarantees delivery within 3 or 4 working days for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12:30 pm.
Working days are Monday to Friday.
Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and are carried out by DHL. All orders shipped with DHL are processed automatically and we are unable to change the shipping and delivery times.


You can choose to return any item within 30 days from the date of delivery by following the instructions below. Please: 1) Email so that we can book a collection for your parcel; 2) Prepare your parcel using the same packaging you received; 3) Make sure that the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all tags attached, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and make a refund; You can only send your return from the country in which you placed the order. You can only ship your return from the country where you placed the order. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned to you and no refund will be made.


Once we have received your return, it will be inspected. You will then receive an email informing you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or declined in accordance with the returns policy listed above. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the same payment method used for the purchase. Late or Missing Refunds If you have not yet received a refund, please check first -Your bank account; -your credit card company; -your bank.
