Elisa Cavaletti ships orders by DHL express courier.
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an e-mail with the estimated delivery time and instructions for tracking your package.

We ship orders by DHL courier.
When are the goods ordered from the site shipped?
Orders placed before 12:00 are shipped the same day. Those made later will be processed on the business day following the order date.
What is meant by ‘Delivery within working days’?
Delivery times are estimated on the days on which the reference courier operates, generally from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays and special cases such as: strikes, national holidays, adverse weather conditions, customs clearance procedures.
Is it possible to pay cash on delivery?
Sorry, this is not possible.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs vary according to the country of delivery specified. The shipping fee applies to every single order, regardless of the number of products in your shopping cart. Once you reach a total of 500 € shipping costs are free (only for those who live in Europe).
How can I track my shipment?
When your order is processed, we send you an e-mail containing a link to track your shipment.
Can I send abroad?
We ship throughout Europe. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination of the goods.
Are customs charges, if any, included in the shipping costs?
